NFL Week 6 Recap
The NFL regular season is one-third complete following the conclusion of Week 6. Bettors had some massive triumphs, but there were also many heartbreaking losses.
These crushing defeats began on Thursday night when the Buccaneers were unable to cover. However, the sports betting gods gave some wins back to the majority of bettors throughout the slate.
Kansas City Back on Track
The Chiefs defeated Washington on Sunday, but they did not look strong. Kansas City went into the half down 13-10, making bettors sweat their -7 spread bet. However, Mahomes and the offense came out strong in the second half with 21 points.
The Chiefs will likely still make the playoffs, but they are not looking like a Super Bowl contender after six weeks of games.
Ravens Dominate Justin Herbert
The Chargers at +2.5 seemed like a good bet, but people quickly realized this would not hit in Baltimore on Sunday. Lamar Jackson did nothing special, but he played good enough to win.
However, the MVP of the game was Baltimore’s defense, which held Justin Herbert to 195 yards and an interception. Herbert only found the endzone once through the air. His QBR on the afternoon was 18.6.
No Head Coach, No Worries for Arizona
The Browns were heavy favorites at home against the Arizona Cardinals, but they were unable to deliver. The Cardinals were 5-0 heading into the game, and they stay undefeated after prevailing by a 37-14 margin.
Kyler Murray was 20 of 30 for 229 yards with four touchdowns. He did not have his head coach and offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury on the sideline because of COVID-19, but Murray still delivered with ease.
